The 4th seeded Queensborough Tigers Men's Basketball season came to an end last night with a 56-54 loss in the Region XV Quarterfinals at 5th seeded Hostos Community College. This was the fourth time the two teams played this season, and closest game played between the two schools. 

Down 25-23 at halftime, and trailing between five and eight points most of the game, the Tigers would make yet another late run in the game to tie the game at 54 on an off balance contested three-point shot by Khari Ojeda-Harvey with under ten seconds left. After a pair of Hostos free throws to make the score 56-54, Ojeda-Harvey once again had the ball in his hands with time winding down, however, the game-winning three-point attempt would not go down this time as the Queensborough season came to an end.

For the game, the Tigers were once again led CUNYAC and Region XV Player of the Year, Khari Ojeda-Harvey, with 21 points and 7 assists. Freshman Preston Harts also chipped in with another double-double of 12 points and 12 rebounds, plus a thunderous put-back dunk late in the firs half. With the win, Hostos advances to the Region XV Semifinals, while the Tigers end the season with an overall record of 11-11.
