The Queensborough Community College men's basketball team outlasted the Caimans of Hostos Community College on Saturday, winning a thrilling game in regulation by a score of 85-83.

The Tigers received a huge outing from sophomore guard Yasin Abdur-Rashid, who poured in a game-high 35 points in the contest. Also scoring in double figures were freshman Brandon Sun with 13 points, and freshman Kevon Clarke with 12 points. With the win, the Tigers now take sole possession of first place in CUNYAC.

The Tigers will return to action on Tuesday, December 5th, when they will travel to Long Island City to take on LaGuardia Community College in a battle of the borough of Queens.
