On April 3rd, the second weekly regional rankings were published by the USTFCCCA (United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association) for the 2023 Outdoor Track & Field season, and the Queensborough Women's Outdoor Track & Field team is ranked second in the Northeast Region for NJCAA Division III.
The Tigers are second in the region with a total of 848.82 points. They slightly trail top ranked Suffolk Community College, who has a total of 886.74 points.
Queensborough was led this past weekend by sophomore
Kaylah Attis, who finished in first place at the Coach Omeltchenko Invitational in the discus with a distance of 26.55m.
The Tigers will return to action on Friday, April 7th, when they will travel to Galloway, New Jersey to compete in the Stockton University Osprey Open.
