Colby Simpson has been named an assistant men's basketball coach for the upcoming 2023-24 season. 

Simpson was a three-year letter winner on the men's basketball team at SUNY Potsdam before the COVID-19 pandemic cut his collegiate basketball playing career short. He currently serves as a summer basketball camp coach at the JCC of Great Neck, while also serving as a virtual trainer for Dribble Up.

Coach Simpson was a Dean's List student at SUNY Potsdam, where here graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications.
