The Queensborough men's and women's indoor track & field teams competed in their final meet before the CUNYAC Championships on Saturday, by competing at the 2022 West Point Tune-Up on the the historic grounds of the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY.

Leading the way for the Tigers was freshman Ayoub Elfahim, who placed 8th overall out of 54 runners in the 60-meter dash. His final time was 7.29. Also performing well for the Tigers was freshman Alex Ferguson, who placed 20th and sophomore Tahkwai Wilson-Hill placed 25th, also in the 60-meter dash.

In the 200-meters, Ayoub would place 15th overall out of 50 competitors, clocking in at 24.34.

The Tigers will wrap up the indoor track & field season next weekend at the 2022 CUNYAC Championships, which will be held at the New Balance Armory in New York, NY on Sunday, February 27th, starting at 4:00pm.
