The Queensborough Community College men's soccer team defeated Dutchess Community College by a score of 3-0 on Saturday in a key Region XV match-up that was played at Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie, New York through the remnants of what was Hurricane Ian.
The Tigers received all the scoring that they needed from freshman forward
Saleel Eldin, who scored all three team goals on the day. He becomes the second Tiger to record a hat trick on the season, matching the feat already recorded by fellow freshman
Anthony Gallardo earlier in the season. With the road victory, the Tigers improve to 5-3 overall on the season.
The Tigers will return to action on Tuesday, October 4th, when they will travel to Long Island to play at Suffolk Community College.
