A pair of freshman from the Queensborough Community College men's soccer team were honored by the Region XV head coaches for their efforts in the 2024 season.
Freshman forward and 2024 CUNY Player of the Year,
Juan Rambal, was selected as a 2024 Region XV Men's Soccer First Team All-Region honoree. Rambal led the Tigers in goals scored (12), points (32), and was second on the team in assists with eight.

Alexander Luna was selected to the 2024 Region XV Men's Soccer Sportsmanship Team for his conduct and sportsmanship throughout the season.
