Six members of the Queensborough Community College men's soccer team earned All-CUNY Community College honors for their individual performances in the 2024 season.

Head Coach Aziwoh Ayafor was selected as the 2024 CUNY Community College Men's Soccer Coach of the Year for the leading the Tigers to an undefeated regular season in CUNY play with a record of 3-0-1. It's the fourth time that he has won the award.

Freshman forward Juan Rambal was named the 2024 CUNY Community College Men's Soccer Player of the Year. In the 2024 season, Rambal led the Tigers in goals scored (12), points (32), and was second on the team in assists with eight. He was also named to the 2024 CUNY Community College All-Conference team.

Joining Rambal on the 2024 CUNY Community College Men's Soccer All-Conference team were sophomore forward Jefferson Cubias, sophomore goalkeeper Anthony Bardales, freshman forward Alexis Cuji, and sophomore defender Kevin Uribe.
