The Queensborough Community College men's cross country season came to an end on Saturday, with an 18th place finish at the 2022 NJCAA Division III National Championships, which were held at Stanley Park in Westfield, Massachusetts. A total of seven Tigers ran in the national championship event, with the top five team finishers counting towards the team scoring. The highest finisher on the day for Queensborough was freshman
Renaediaz Miller, who finished 55th overall, in a time of 30:07.48 in the 8k event. Second on the Tigers behind Miller, was fellow freshman
Nickolas Pirovolikos, who finished 85th overall in a time of 31:46.74.
The 18th place finish nationally comes after a second place finish at the Region XV Championships, and a first place finish last weekend at the CUNYAC Championships.
