The Queensborough Community College men's soccer team continued their strong play with their third straight victory in a 5-1 win versus Region XV opponent Rockland Community College on Saturday in Bayside. The victory is their fourth win in the last five matches and concludes their regular season with an overall record of 7-4-1 and a CUNY record of 3-0-1.
The Tigers will now turn their attention to the 2024 CUNY Championship Game, where the #1 seeded Tigers will take on the second seeded and 10th ranked Panthers of the Borough of Manhattan Community College. In their only previous meeting this season, Queensborough defeated BMCC by a score of 3-2 in Bayside.
Sunday's championship match will take place at 12:00 p.m. on the campus of Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn.
