The 2023-24 Queensborough Community College women's basketball season came to an end on Tuesday evening with a 77-37 loss at Kingsborough Community College in the quarterfinals of the Region XV Tournament.

With the loss, the Tigers complete their season with an overall record of 6-15, having reached the semifinals of the CUNYAC Tournament and the quarterfinals of the Region XV Tournament.
