Graphic credit: CUNYAC
Following a strong winter campaign, the Hostos Community College Caimans jumped atop the leaderboard in the race for the 2023-24 CUNYAC Community College Commissioner's Cup. With three more CUNYAC Championships to be contested from April through May, there's plenty of opportunity for movement in the standings until the Commissioner's Cup is presented on May 16, 2024, at the Michael Steuerman Annual Awards Banquet.

Hostos scored 60 points in men's and women's basketball, winning both the regular season and tournament championships to leapfrog the competition into first-place.

BMCC is in second-place with 45 points. The Panthers earned 10 points in men's basketball by making an appearance in the conference championship game. BMCC also added two points in men's indoor track & field with a second-place effort at the conference championship meet.

Right behind BMCC in the standings is Queensborough with 43 points. The Tigers scored five points in men's basketball, finishing second in the regular season standings. The Bayside, Queens campus added three more points in men's indoor track & field, winning the conference championship.

On the heels of Queensborough is Kingsborough with 41 points to round out the scoring. The Wave scored 15 points in women's basketball, finishing as the regular-season and tournament runner-up.
