Queensborough Community College sophomore pitcher
Miguel Baez scattered five hits over seven innings while striking out five in a 10-1 victory over the Borough of Manhattan Community College on Saturday afternoon.
Baez received plenty of help, as six different Tigers drove in runs on the day. Down 1-0 after the first inning, the Tigers would score the final ten runs of the contest for the decisive margin.
With the win, Queenborough improves to 3-4 on the season, including a 2-1 mark in CUNYAC play.
