The Queensborough Community College baseball team split a doubleheader with the Borough of Manhattan Community College on Saturday to win the season series between the two schools by a count of two games to one. With the series win, the Tigers now advance to the CUNY Championship Game as the second seed, to face the top-seeded Broncos of Bronx Community College on Monday, May 4th. 

Queensborough opened the series versus BMCC on Tuesday with a convincing 18-3 victory. However, BMCC would return the favor in game one of Saturday's doubleheader with a 17-10 triumph. With a berth in the CUNY Championship Game on the line in game two, the Tigers we all business as they wrapped up the season series win and clinched the championship game berth with a 12-2 victory over the Panthers.
