Queensborough Community College sophomore starting pitcher
James Cummins scattered seven hits over seven innings in a 6-4 complete game victory on Saturday against Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn.
Cummins struck out four on the day while only giving up two earned runs in the win. Offensively, the Tigers were led by freshman
Jordys Roque who went 3-for-3 in the game with a stolen base, a double and two runs batted in. Freshman
Armando Desena added two RBI's in the game, while sophomore
Brandon Caraballo added two hits of his own.
The Tigers will return to action on Monday, April 15th at 3:30 p.m. when they will complete a suspended game versus the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
