The Queensborough Community College baseball team was swept in their opening series of the Region XV season, dropping all three games to the Lions of Nassau Community College.

The Tigers will next face the Sharks of Suffolk Community College in a three-game tilt next week in Region XV action.

Queensborough now stands at 0-4 on the season, and 0-3 in Region XV play.
