The Queensborough Community College women's basketball team closed out the Fall semester with a 76-41 defeat at Suffolk Community College in Selden on Saturday.
The Tigers were led by freshman
Isabella Casey, who scored a team-high 23 points, to go along with 9 rebounds and 3 steals in the loss. She was assisted by freshman
Suriyah Gilyard with 12 points, and freshman
Da'Jahna Rodriguez with a team-high 12 rebounds.
With the loss, the Tigers end the semester with an overall record of 3-5, and a CUNYAC record of 2-2. Queensborough will return to action on January 7th, when they will travel to the Bronx, to take on the Broncos of Bronx Community College.
