The Queensborough Community College women's basketball team lost on Tuesday evening at home where they were defeated by the Panthers of the Borough of Manhattan Community College by a score of 64-33. With the loss, the Tigers slip to 6-11 overall on the season, and 4-5 in conference play.
On the day, the Tigers were led by a pair of freshman who had strong outings.
Nayla Walters led Queensborough with a massive double-double, scoring 20 points and grabbing an incredible 29 rebounds.
Isabella Casey also added 12 points in the contest.
The Tigers will return to action on Thursday, February 2nd, when they will host the Wave of Kingsborough Community College in another pivotal conference match-up.
