The second season of women's soccer at Queensborough Community College ended on Tuesday afternoon with a 7-2 loss to the Fashion Institute of Technology in the 2024 Region XV Semifinals.
The 2024 season was a historic one for the program, as the Tigers won their first-ever City University of New York (CUNY) Championship, advanced to the Region XV Semifinals for the first time, and recorded their first major individual award winner with freshman midfielder
Stephanie Perez winning the 2024 CUNY Player of the Year award.
The Tigers will look to build on their success heading into the 2025 season, led by Perez and a plethora of freshman teammates who performed well in their first season of play at the collegiate level.
