The Queensborough Community College women's volleyball team defeated the Wave of Kingsborough Community College three sets to one on Tuesday evening in the RFK Gymnasium in Bayside. Scores for the four set match were 25-18, 25-22, 18-25, and 25-20. With the victory, the Tigers improve to 8-5 overall, and 5-1 in CUNYAC play.

Queensborough will return to action on Thursday, October 6th, when they will travel to Garden City, New York, to face Region XV foe Nassau Community College at 6:00 p.m.
