The Queensborough Community College women's volleyball team completed a Region XV tri-match sweep on Saturday in Brooklyn, New York.
In the first match of the day, the Tigers took on Kingsborough Community College for the second time this season. After sweeping the Wave three sets to none last month in Bayside, Queensborough came right back and handled the Wave once again on their home court in straight sets. In the second match of the day, the Tigers faced off with the Vikings of Westchester Community College. Once again, the Tigers meant business, sweeping all three sets to go a perfect 2-0 on the day without dropping a set. The Tigers now stand at 12-3 overall, and are a perfect 6-0 in CUNYAC play.
The Tigers will return to action on Tuesday, October 17th, when they will travel back to Kingsborough to take on Rockland Community College in a make-up match that was postponed from earlier in the season.
