The Queensborough Community College women's volleyball season came to a heartbreaking end on Saturday with a long five-set match defeat against Dutchess Community College in the Region XV Semifinals.

With the loss, the Tigers end their season at 18-5 overall, and just one step shy of a berth at the 2023 NJCAA Division III National Championship Tournament in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Interestingly, all five of the Queensborough losses this season came to teams that will be competing at the NJCAA National Championships in Monroe College-Bronx (North Atlantic District A Champion), Dutchess (North Atlantic District B Champion), and Raritan Valley (East B District Champion).
