The Queensborough Community College women's volleyball team defeated Bronx Community College in straight sets on Thursday evening to improve to 10-3 overall on the season. With the victory, the Tigers improve to a perfect 5-0 against City University of New York (CUNY) opponents.
The Tigers were led by a pair of freshman in
Samantha Mateo with a team high ten digs, and
Aubrey Delgado, who led the team with eight assists.
The Tigers will next travel to Middletown, New York on Saturday to take on Orange Community College and Dutchess Community College in a Region XV double dual.
